Cancellation policy:
In any circumstances, if you can no longer attend ICCE 2024, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to ICCE 2024 Organizer (mail to: icce2024@gmail.com).
The ICCE 2024 refund policy is as follows
  • Up to March 31, 2024: 70% refund
  • April 1 – May 31, 2024: 50% refund
  • From June 1, 2024: No refunds
Please informed that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
